Had a call yesterday for a swarm of termites. Usually in our area termites do not swarm around this time of year, but turns out we stumbled upon a not to often seen Dark Southeastern Subterranean termite. They are smaller in size and colony and do little damage compared to their Eastern Subterranean termite counterparts. Put together a plan to make sure we are handling the problem. Mystery solved!
