Erin Richardson

Erin Richardson with All-American Pest Control never thought she would work with her father... but she loves it. Since 2003, her role as Business Development Manager has expanded to include strategic planning, marketing, new program development, HR, and new construction sales.

Erin brings excitement and a fresh perspective to the pest control industry. She is committed to encouraging a green, sensible approach and to connecting women with opportunity. Locally, Erin is an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council and the Home Builders Association, and she co-founded the Nashville Business Collaborative Small Businesses Building Community.
